The positive reviews on here have to be fake.. without question the most incompetent company we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Our company provided CRI funds for our relocation and despite our timely and accurate submission of receipts, CRI kept this money hostage from us for extended periods of time (months), denied claims without justification (or the authority to do so); and incorrectly processed several claims.

So I bought a house about 2 weeks ago and the seller was using this relocation company. This relocation company made it a nightmare to buy the house. They kept pushing stuff off and dragging the process out at almost every step. We ended up closing 3 weeks later than the original closing date, which I in turn had to find a place to stay for 2 weeks and find a place to store my belongings in for 2 weeks.

I relocated from Tennessee to North Carolina for a rotational program, and Corporate Relocation International made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the beginning, Hina and Jana were amazing. They helped me navigate financial details and took care of scheduling so I could focus on the big transition itself (which is of course a very overwhelming process, very grateful for their help).
