I wish we could rate these movers with a negative. We had our Dallas house packed and everything but 2 beds, a treadmill, refrigerator, Washer & Dryer were in the front room. These guys didnt even bring tools to disconnect the washer and dryer. My daughter and I carried things to the trailer to get the 2 guys in gear. One stayed on his phone most of the moving the first house. Going the new house they took the wrong turn and then stopped to get lunch before coming to the new house.

If you hire them, please understand, no matter what happens to your items, even if they get damaged, they will NEVER offer any type of compensation. It seems as though the only solution for them is a "claims form" that will pay approx .60/lb. Below is the email I sent the owner Casey. He called me afterwards and his only solution was a "training session" or meeting for the young men, and a call afterwards in a few days to let me know how the "meeting" goes, as well as a claims form.

Worst experience ever! Movers were great in the beginning but at our new house not so much! There was over $15, 000 worth of items dropped and or damaged and we were told that “fine print” specifically states they’re not responsible for various damages. they pay $.60 per pound so they paid us approx $200 with additional $150 for “good faith”. The movers did not wrap my elliptical then dropped and damaged my $6,000 mattress.

Horrible experience with this company. They damaged and dented our fridge when moving it, and got oil spills on our carpet, and refused to take accountability for either. We asked for a partial refund and the manager was EXTREMELY difficult to work with, it took months due to his lack of responses and communication, and he refused to refund beyond the bare minimum amount. They also asked us to leave 5 star reviews for them, and stood over us and watched us as we typed them out. It was very uncomfortable.

WISH I COULD RATE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS! We moved end of August and the movers broke our 75 inch Samsung TV worth almost 2,000. My husband and I are absolutely devastated! It would have been nice if Sebastian and Sammy mentioned to us that they dropped our TV. I do not recommend this place because if they break something do not expect to get anything back. Their claims process sucks. Brand new TV that cannot be fixed, what a shame. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE.

Patrick and Dan were two of the most efficient movers that we have ever used. They did an amazing job loading up our boxes and wrapping our more delicate items with moving blankets and the moving version of the Saran Wrap. I would absolutely use them again the next time we have to move. They really went above and beyond making sure everything got done in a timely fashion.
