Terrible experience dealing with a sarcastic and incredibly rude office agent at this facility. I was lied to and then made fun of when I called him out on changing the agreed upon price of my unit.
I’ve been renting a storage unit at Morningstar of Flower Mound for over a year, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Initially, the price seemed fair at $119 per month, but after the first year, they raised my rate to $149—and with fees and taxes, I’m now paying $161 each month. While I understand businesses may need to adjust rates, this 35% increase feels excessive and unfair, especially since there haven’t been any improvements to the facilities or services.

Do not go here! They don’t care about their costumers taken from the former CubeSmart and the door code is no longer working because they changed it. Corporate is unhelpful and slow and can’t even look up the accounts! Terrible office hours and still has signs of cubesmart, posters, stickers, etc.
These folks will auction all your belongings if you miss a payment, it’s ok, but they never return any personal belongings. The customer service there really sucks

My experience with the staff and accommodations at this facility have been exemplary over the years. They are very active with communication and are so kind with even the smallest questions. It is a very clean and organized building, and very secure. I have used them since 2019, would 100% recommend!!

I have been renting at this location for five years now and have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Sevi and Alicia have always been extremely helpful and accommodating. They keep the place clean, orderly and are always quick to address problems.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service! I cannot say enough positive things about Morningstar Storage. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful, going above and beyond to make my move smooth and stress-free. They patiently helped me fill out the paperwork, showed me how to use the facility access code and how to properly install the lock on my unit. They also generously allowed me to use their moving truck for four hours to transport my belongings, which was an incredible convenience.
