"BEWARE! This broker (Mountain Movers) is unethical and unprofessional. They booked a Dry Van for a Flatbed load (Load #1682674) and after our driver was rejected at the shipper, they canceled the load and started ghosting us. Broker Katie Poe is refusing to answer emails or pay the TONU for their own booking error. Stay away from this company—they do not respect carriers and will rip you off. Avoid hauling for them at all costs!" All reviews you see are paid or by there brokers or friends.
**WARNING TO ALL CARRIERS** Our experience with Mountain Movers was one of the worst we've had in the trucking industry. We booked a load with them in good faith, but their receiver treated our driver with complete disrespect and refused to cooperate throughout the delivery process. Our driver was forced to wait for an unreasonable amount of time, yet Mountain Movers refused to pay any detention despite the excessive delay.
DO NOT DO LOADS WITH THEM! WE HAVE TO TAKE A STAND AGAINST THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BROKERAGE/BUSINESS! THEY HOLD YOU FOR LONG HOURS, DON'T TELL YOU ANYTHING! THEY FORGOT MY ONE OF MY BILLS! There was one young guy that was trying his hardest to show moral, but it's NOT ENOUGH! YOU DEFINITELY LOST MY BUSINESS! DO NOT GET their LOADS! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Stay away from this place drivers!! You've been warned! I checked in at 730 am they finished me a little after 9 pm!! Never again will I come here!! Worst place ever! The manager will stand there and tell you how he "used to be" a truck driver but he has no respect for truck drivers. He has no clue what he is doing! Find a different load somewhere else! There was five other trucks there. They all were there for more than six hours or more as well. It wasnt just me. They give out some free fat in a bag. Pork rinds.
Do NOT HAUL for this “company”!!!! It’s been more than 80 days and STILL NO PAYMENTS have been released to us!!!! Shame on you for lying to people! I wonder how do you STILL operate with such a history of non payments!!!!!!! People, PLEASE STAY away from them!!!! They will not pay you! They owe us 5600$ !!!!! Be sure to not Book load with Miles, that work for this company. Verg unprofessional, and not helpful at all. Straight crook. Will not pay you the correct Detention pay after waiting 5 hours to get unloaded. 2 hours free, but only paid 75 dollars for 3 hours. Not to mention cost me a 2000 pickup and didn't take it in consideration at all. Mountainmovers Logistics is a great company but Miles, sucks!
These people have shady business practices. They will do anything in their power to get out of paying a contractor for work requested. When it’s time to pay the bill they’ll say “we didn’t approve that work and we fired the guy who did”. How can people take advantage of hard workers like that? They should be ashamed.

We have Ben trying to contact this broker About getting paid for Two completed loads and no one responds or Calls back. The dispatcher stated we aren’t the first people who had told him about not getting paid out but they still continue to book carrier and not pay them!
