Broken items, denied claims and stolen items a biased unapologetic company that should be investigated. As for the response back thank you for not acknowledging the stolen items hope those could be seen in the video as well and the company makes sure to give the lowest amount and since I did reach out in disagreement the company did not even once apologize and check sent out was a slap in the face since it was sent out by the company while option’s supposedly were being looked into by management.

Very bad experience with this company. It started with the person who came to give the estimate (Chuck); he was arrogant, impatient with our questions. Then on the day of the move, the crew that came was the least experienced, compared to my previous moves; on top of a negative attitude from beginning till the end. They damaged a sofa, my walls, and instead of apologizing, the head of the crew was upset b/c he found the move more difficult than he expected!

Admin folks and sales rep were great. Very accommodating with changes and moving dates. The move itself was NOT. Movers (6 man crew) were in a big hurry. Load was haphazard. No protective coverings on door etc. When our furniture arrived at our new home it was unloaded in another big hurry. No tarps were laid on any of the carpeted areas, no protective covering on doorways and damage to our furniture was extensive.

If I could give them NO stars I would. Their settlement offer was an absolute joke. The packers did not follow instructions. They packed an empty box in a pile of boxes that I pointed to and said ignore those, they’re recycling. They wrapped that empty box better than our amp that when I unpacked the box I wasn’t surprised when we plugged it in it didn’t work…it was on the bottom of a big sized box with very little wrapping with several heavy items on top of it.

I have received nothing but grief from them since the beginning. Starting with the bait and switch salesman. I have moved many times in my life and never have I had my furniture not reassembled. On moving day they removed legs from tables, backs from chairs and couches, glass from table tops, mirrors, bed frames. When they delivered they just dropped it in the room for me to reassemble. Apparently now you have to contract reassembly.

Worst end of intrastate mover ever! Don't deserve 2 star. Hauler from nother state drop my stuff here 7.13 now almost 2 weeks later i am still waiting! Allegedly 1st job run behind! Well dah maybe mine shoulda been delivered first da ya think! Use bekins they r best. Thr hauler picks up n drops at ur new place.

Bad qualification of people to move, not enough people to carry out my house goods, not adequate support due the very items damaged during moving / storage. On the end was suggested to company to looking for another solution instead complain about reimbursement of damaged items. Never ever will use again
Thank you for leaving a review. There unfortunately was some damage on your move, which you were compensated for approximately 3 months ago. Compensation is based on the damaged items value in the event that item cannot be repaired.

Corrigan handled my move this past Saturday, July 18, 2026. I can't describe what an amazing job your crew did! Carrie Harrison was amazing in coordinating this move for me. I’m a store manager of a men’s clothing store. Brandon A and Mike B were so friendly and helpful. They didn’t mind moving heavy pieces around for me. They even brought out their measuring table to make sure everything was aligned correctly. I’ll definitely recommend the company to others in the future.
