In their own words
NO star review. I was very unhappy with Premier Relocations/Mayflower. I would NOT recommend them. The quote was thousands of dollars off, costing me more money.. Half the time when I called them, they would not answer and it took them a day or two to call back. They damaged a fine piece of buffet furniture and would not pay for it or pay for the repair. They stated damages were caused by 'atmospheric conditions.' My furniture was in storage for only 1 month, from the middle of September to the middle of October.
The crew started off very nice, but became overwhelmed, stressed and angry as the day progressed. They continued to state they were doing things to "help us out" and therefore we should be tipping them generously at the end of the day. Meanwhile they were rude and yelling at us because we had too much stuff. They company should have sent someone to the house to review all of our belongings prior to booking us.
While we understand her concerns, Premier Relocations has not provided moving services to a customer named Nicole Erickson. Additionally, our agency has not relocated any customer with the last name of Erickson for nearly one year, and this … More
My experience with this moving company was beyond disastrous. Moving is already stressful, but they managed to turn it into an absolute nightmare with their negligence, dishonesty, and complete disregard for customer service. From the very beginning, they handled my belongings carelessly. While packing in front of me, one of the movers broke my olive tree pot—an early sign of what was to come.

Broke my sleep number bed, now I have nowhere to sleep. Put a divot in my wall, scratched brand new laminate hardwood floors, scratched newly painted basement wall, damaged end table and scratched up my bed frame. Also lost my pillows. I am beyond dissatisfied and have to sleep on my couch the 1st night in my new home (might be longer depending on how quickly they respond to broken bed). Can't believe I paid $3,500 to have my items and house damaged, then have to sleep on a couch!

Today, ONE WEEK, before our move we were informed that our agent looked at the wrong schedule. Instead of our move that was to be delivered in 3-7 days is now 7-14 days. We have had this move scheduled since December and now we are finding this out. Their monetary offer was 100. Off a 5,500.00 move for the mix up...
