Save your patience and Agrevation, save your money and Save yourself from using a Unprofessional Company. Look at All The Reviews. This Company DOES NOT care about you AT ALL. PUBLIC STORAGE Company HAS WENT DOWN IN EVERY ASPECT. USE TO BE A GOOD COMPANY BUT NOT ANYMORE !!! The Farmingtonhills Michigan on Northwestern Hwy Location is one of the WORST. Totally Unprofessional. Noone works at the facilities everything is online and boy is that a Huge Joke. Noone answers phones or returns Emails.

0 Stars! Michigan Storage Center in Farmington shame on you! I called you at the beginning of June asking for a 10x30 climate control unit. You told me people were moving out 6/30. You called the prior tenants to confirm they would be out. You then called me and asked if I still wanted it. I told you YES!. I spoke to you multiple times after and told you I would be in on 7/2 to pay with my move in date of 7/3. But when I got there today YOU RENTED OUT THE UNIT YOU RESERVED FOR ME.
Mary, we understand your frustration and deeply apologize. We are looking into how your reservation was overwritten. As our regional manager discussed with you, we hope to have an answer for you and prevent this from happening again. We are … More
