In their own words
The movers came on time. The mover were polite at first and moved things quickly to the truck. They wrapped the furnitures in blanket which was good. They did not want to take our three seater as it is 'unsafe and needs another person'. Called the office and was told they would call back. After we reached destination, their attitude changed. The dispatcher started throwing attitude after we told them one of them have damaged a wall while moving one of our couches.
This has been the worst moving experience I have ever had. I hired MME to load some furniture into a uhaul. They gave me a time window and an original estimated time of arrival. On the day of the move they called me to tell me they’d actually be several hours later than the original estimate. When that later time came and went, I tried calling them again and again, to no avail. The movers did not answer their phones, and neither did the company.
Worst company ever. They are fraud and doing unethical business. Once I made the deposit on one night, it clearly mentioned in the receipt that cancellation is possible within first 48 hours of booking. I texted Jesus the next morning to cancel and refund my deposit. They kept waiting asking me that they are looking into the request. After 48 hours passed, I received the message, that since my cancellation request is after 48 hours, I am not eligible to receive refund.
I booked them in May. It started great then the lovers broke a dining room chair, scratched walls and scratched laminate floors. The movers told me the day of to call and they would give me a refund. Ive now contacted the company multiple times and they did not respond. BEWARE

Cardi, Joe, and Oliver did a fantastic job with my move from a 3rd floor walk-up to a 22nd floor apartment (the latter had an elevator). Professional, friendly, and soooo quick. Took care of wrapping all my furniture and didn't damage any walls or the hardwood floors while moving. Great job. Would highly recommend!
Hello ! We had our apartment furniture and boxes moved on Saturday March 25th We were not completely prepared when the moving gentlemen arrived. They did arrive perfectly on time , and were even very patient with us as we finished taping boxes. Steve and Manny were AWESOME! They got everything moved in great time. My only reason for the 4 stars is because there were some admin things that werent communicated properly. Like I wasnt told to empty the drawers, I said I had tvs but it wasnt on the order the guys had so I got charged last minute, I didnt know if its NOT in a closed/sealed box they wont take it, I wasnt told about plants not being transported.
Quick and efficient. Services provided as quoted. They took a bit of extra stuff that was outside of the original box count I provided without any hassle. Would use again. Very pleased!
