I initially gave 5 stars for a move with an Ann Arbor crew. I referred my best friend to them expecting the same level of excellence. Unfortunately, the Farmington Pink Zebra was so careless! Two items were damaged beyond repair. When reassembling the bed, they ruined the headboard in 4 places, driving the screws right through the front. Do not trust them with fine furniture or anything that cannot be replaced.
We are disappointed in the services from Pink Zebra for several reasons, but the main one being the lack of communication and resolution after severely damaging our home. …

Evan and Ali did an amazing job. They were on time and went straight to work. No time wasted, they asked what stuff I wanted wrapped and put everything where I asked them to. They were very kind and I appreciated the help a ton. As far as price goes, this was my first time moving but what they quoted me was what I paid! The quote was free and quick. Hafez came out for the estimate within 24 hours of my call, and I appreciated how clear and straightforward the pre move quote was.
