Mark Bar was completely unprofessional! As I let him know I had 3 other quotes a lot cheaper than his company, he proceeded with rude and degrading personal opinions that I did not ask for. Why would I want to work with someone of such ill intent and delinquent emotional intelligence. I’d pay more for the experience and empathy in good customer service. No thank you to Cross Country. To all wanted to share my experience.. I haven’t moved many times in my life but the few I did. They were not so pleasant. Every thing I was told usually did not happen and the prices were always over the roof. My boss recommended cross country to me he moved out of state to Kansas and he used them. I decided to give them a call and I am so happy I did. The whole crew came very clean. The crew leader his name is guy. At first I was afraid I guess because the big beard. Let me tell he is a gentle and very honest.

I hired Cross Country Moving for an interstate move from San Jose to Oregon, and the experience was handled in a calm and professional way.
