Will never use Crossroad Movers again. My most recent move on 7/2/25 was a disaster! The movers were one hour late due to losing my cell phone number? The move cost me $1500 to move my furniture to Austin. When the guys finally got to my home they stated the list they had did not list half my stuff? I called Susan immediately and questioned her about the list that I did discuss all the items with her. Her movers stated I would have to pay more money and I argued with Susan about the additional cost?
If there was an option for zero stars they would get zero. Susan from the office is unprofessional and does not set proper expectations. I just moved out of a 1500 sqft house where everything was packed and ready to go. Our house is on stilts and I know climbing stairs takes longer but it took 3 guys, myself and another person 6 hours to move stuff to storage. I did ask them to take a few potted plants, bbq pit, grill and a few other items to another location a mile up the road (no stairs here).
Do not use this company. Worst service ever and dishonest. I received a quote for $400 in Port Lavaca. When they quote me, they told me for Port Lavaca additional $30 will charged and I understand. Then, I asked my friend who lived in Victoria. He told me he get the quote for just $250. So there is at least $120 difference. When I call back to ask the reason, they are very rude and told me that is the price.
I’ve moved a lot in my life. Moving companies are a life saver and should eliminate the stress of moving. NOT THESE GUYS!!! I would of had less damaged items if i would of stood at the front door and sling shotted things into the trailer. I had thousands of dollars worth of damage and they done nothing to repair, or replace items. If you are looking for a moving company these are not your best, or fair option.
Poor communication and poor customer service. Very difficult to get in touch with and acts as if you are bothering them. I paid $1500 for a one bedroom house move and at least two items were damaged. A couple days later I’m looking at my credit card statement and was charged $1800. A $300 over charge. I would not recommend this moving company
Loudest movers in the world .... have to respect for the other tenants in the apartment complex. ... dragged the empty dollies up the stirs banging them all the way up and down the stairs and stomp like a bunch of elephants, this is the second day time they have woke me up out of my sleep on my day off

The best movers in our area. They were fast and did a great job. I don't do reviews but they did such a good job I had to let other people know about them.
Crossroads Movers cut the stress of moving in half. They were very polite and helpful on the phone and arrived promptly the next morning. The movers were very pleasant to chat with and were very respectful of my property and of my house. I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon but If I do they will be the first call I make.
