My sister has a storage here. I was recommended many time to get one as well and now i will NOT. i went to go drop off some items for her and i didn’t know they closed at 8pm !! In or out?? I was trying to leave and gate would not open! Called the emergency number and lady that answered was so RUDE! Said that they closed at 8pm and we had to be out at 8pm mind you when i was trying to leave it was 8:05pm!
They have had a broken gate for months, as soon as they got it fixed the other one is broken so it makes it hard to get in & out of. On top of that the rent went up with a very late notice.
$6.95 to reserve online @ UHAUL for a date 3 weeks out. Told by NISHA HILL at Cubby Hole 2 that someone must show up in person within 7 days to pay $25 in person... and the lease must start NOW. Terrible communication. Very rude customer service. No courtesy. You don't talk to customers like they are 2 years old. I could not even get a word in. She kept repeating herself and talking louder and louder. I finally had to tell her to let me talk, and that still did not work.
This place took my buggy while I was working next door at a church construction site and refused to give it back. If management is like that who would trust them to take care of my stuff. It wasn't even on their property. Normally an adult …

We went to get my sons stuff out of storage after the summer break and it was filled with dust, dirt, grass clippings from landscapers blowing it into storage area. It was infested with spiders of all kinds, thousands of them and babies!! …

You kept raising the price of our belongings, we couldn't afford it, and now almost everything that we held dear is gone, thank you for ripping my childhood blanket away from me alongside my baby photos, hope y'all are happy!
