I should not be giving this a star at all. I'll make a list 1.) Did not properly load the truck leaving too much excess room for our things to move around and get damaged 2.) Several items damaged 3.) Did not get everything we asked them to get 4.) Had to go back and get the things they did not get , 1 1/2 hour one way so an additional 3 hour to go retrieve items left 5.) Some of the items were not replaceable 6.) Complained about bring hungry around lunch.

In 6 hours they managed to pack the kitchen load boxes from all the other rooms that I had already packed. They then said they ran out of room and straps. They single stacked boxes across the truck. The employees they sent have zero idea how to load a truck. ( I was a otr driver that moved military personals houses from one spot to another. ) They then said they could get another truck and charge me 5000 more. Or they could pull everything and restack( another day either way). They charge for their deadhead back.

We hired little guys based on the reviews. However we were HIGHLY disappointed in the service. The communication was great beforehand, we were told all we needed was a trailer and straps and the rest was up to them. But when the two movers arrived we immediately could tell they were less than enthusiastic to be doing their job. They actually kept using phrases like “we’re just tired” and “our first job was exhausting” and “we aren’t sure we can make this work” and “we’ll take all the breaks we need, thanks”.

We had the absolute worst experience with this moving company and when we called to complain, the manager was very defensive and told my husband that people call all the time to complain about the same things and he didn’t care. I wish he would have at least listened and addressed our concerns. It may have been that we just had a bad group of guys moving us that day because there are so many good reviews. We were moving from another town. They brought in 5 guys. We were told all furniture was going to be wrapped.
We have already discussed with your husband the appropriate steps to take for any claims. The manager did not say what you are saying and we have the call recorded as evidence to prove it. If you have any damages, please document them by providing pictures and descriptions in writing for a claim.
We had an extremely poor experience with the Little Guys Movers College Station franchise, and I’m documenting this to help other customers avoid the same outcome. Robert (the location manager) came to our home to perform the estimate and stated the move would require **three trucks**. The quote was later sent via email, and we were instructed that payment for the out-of-state move would need to be made by **money order** for over $12,000.

Andrew and his partner were consummate professionals and made what is often a stressful experience completely seamless. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated every piece of furniture and every box with care and respect. They were courteous, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout the entire move. It was obvious they took pride in their work and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service.
Best movers ever! Jonathan and Ashby were amazing and so helpful. They were efficient and fast while still being extremely careful with everything. They turned a stressful day into a breeze.
We couldn’t be more thankful to have picked this company to load up our portable storage units. Our moving company (1800packrat) was horrible. They only delivered 1/2 pods on time, and we had scheduled little guy movers to load them. Packrat couldn’t give us an accurate time of when the second unit would be delivered. Little guy movers was so kind, agreed to push back our scheduled move time by 1 hour to hopefully give us time to get the second unit delivered so they could load that one as well.
