The guys were very professional, but that threw us off our guards. Unfortunately some items were stolen and we don't have a complete list yet. A complete toolbox with electric drill, portable sewing machine, bucket, drinks, are the items we can't find at the moment. It's really unfortunate and we have made a complaint to the management. Hope this could be resolved. Also paid more than the max listed below.

Stay Away! Moved us almost a year ago. The primary reason we hired them was to have professionals move our very heavy and expensive adjustable bed. They broke it, happened right in front of me. The mover immediately called the office to …
Steve, I encourage you to reach out to Cheryl @ [phone removed] immediately to schedule pickup of your bed that has a damaged cable. We have reached out to you multiple times to pick this bed up for repair and no response, our coverage will attempt to repair 1st before replacing any items.

Greg and his team were amazing! They loaded everything quickly and efficiently from the house and went above and beyond at the storage unit. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the truck and trailer close to the unit, so they had to unload everything in an aisle and carry it all the way to the storage unit by hand. Even in 100-degree weather, they never slowed down and continued working hard the entire time. They were professional, polite, and incredibly hardworking.
