There is a troublesome "our way or the highway" attitude with this company. The agent Chrissy sent a contract without an accurate understanding of what we're moving, specifically something so basic as the size and weight of our items. She was extremely impatient and unprofessional when I politely asked questions to get a better understanding of our costs and hung up on me.
Lots of broken antique and valuable things. Crushed boxes as well. It looked as if they had carelessly thrown important things, we have to pay for repair for lots of things now and when shipping they left lots behind in my old house that we …

The movers were not only punctual but also incredibly communicative throughout the entire process.
Cummings did a local move for us, another to San Diego, and then acted as a Wheaton agent for a move to Kansas City. All of the interactions were very professional and everyone was a pleasure to work with. Everything was packed with extreme care and the movers and packers were very kind, considerate, and very hardworking. When the shipment arrived in Kansas City, the local movers who came to unload the truck remarked about how the Cummings crew clearly knew what they were doing when they packed everything.
