The rating breakdown
Google shows 11 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 9 | 81.8% | |
| 4 star | 1 | 9.1% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 9.1% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I want to let those moving know that this company has expert movers!!!! They are conscientious, kind, courteous and experts in this business!! They are really fast and not one thing was broken or misplaced!! The movers cleared out a 5 room apt and set me up in my new space in record time!! I am so pleased that I found Cunningham! The owners and office rep, Kathleen are all just as kind and courteous, if not more, as their crew. I have nothing but applauds for Cunningham Movers!!
Lynette, Thank you so much for choosing Cunningham Moving and Storage. We appreciate this … More
Cunningham Movers has been an amazing company for both moving us and storing our furniture. We have engaged them over the last 20 years. We counted 8 different move projects over this time frame. The team is professional, we can count on them to show up, handle our items with care and keep things organized. More recently they moved a family heirloom - 110 year old upright Steinway piano from Eureka CA to Palm Springs. It arrived perfectly.
Doug, you are appreciated and a valued customer to Cunningham Moving and Storage. Thank you for your continued business and this wonderful review.
After 30 years we decided to move cross state. Cunningham moved us the week between Christmas and New Years. It went off without a hitch. Cunningham packed our China, crystal and artwork along with our house full of furniture. At our new home they put all the furniture in the desired places. It took us another 3 weeks to unpack the artwork. Nothing was chipped or broken. The final price even came in under the quote because we packed more stuff ourselves than originally estimated.
Brain, Thank you so much for your glowing review and for your recent referral as well!! Wishing you all the best in your new home. With appreciation, Cunningham Moving and Storage
Very professional and fairly priced movers. Our move ended up being a bit more demanding than expected and they ended up staffing it with more movers than expected however they still honored the quote which I really appreciated. The guys were able to get us all packed and moved to Sacramento in the same day and nothing was broken even though they were moving quick. Really appreciate Cunningham
Thank you Michael! We appreciate your business and your review. Best of luck in your new home.
