I’m not sure if they’re paying people for their five star reviews but this was absolutely not our experience!!!! Let’s start off by saying they were an hour and a half late. Supposed to be at 3 and didn’t show up til 4:30. All these reviews say they were fast? The two slowest workers of my life. Took six hours to move a one bedroom apartment. They also charged us a $100 stair fee which was not in the original quote. My husband was moving stuff into our new place just so they’d be done faster.

This was my first experience using movers and they set the bar super high. I coordinated everything with Ari, and he sent his crew Leonard and Tiger to my Manhattan apartment, and the move was seamless. They wrapped all of my items in blankets, even when I insisted they would be "fine without it". They handled everything with care, and couldn't have been more personable and thoughtful. Not to mention, I receieved 6 moving quotes and Dagline was by far the most fair AND they arrived right on time.
