In their own words
I wasn't actually expecting to rent the unit for over a year, but it worked out that way. They were always friendly when I stopped in or called and had even been late on a few payments without getting nailed with fees. It's always clean in there, it's climate controlled and an overall good experience. It's only the second time I ever rented space like that and I'd use Defender again if I ever need to and I'm in that area again. When I moved out a gentlemen Xavier was very helpful and friendly doing so.
Hi Noel Dallas, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience!
My experience with Defender on Frankstown Rd has been nothing short of incredible!!!! The manager at the desk was so helpful for me from beginning to end. I had to abruptly change storage units in the middle of me moving and he made the transition so seem less. Previous Storage unit business i was with were so mean, and nasty, rude, condescending for the large amount of money customers pay and i could go on and on but THE MANAGER here was the complete opposite so warm and friendly and helpful he doesn’t even know…
We are delighted to hear about your incredible experience with our manager! It's wonderful to know he made your storage unit transition seamless during what could have been a stressful time.Thank you for recognizing his efforts.
We have used the Penn Hills site before. They were at capacity when we needed them again. We came back because other companies pale in comparison. The site is clean, in a great location and the manager is AMAZING. Always helpful, courteous and an all around amazing person. He makes the experience wonderful and seamless. He makes people want to patronize the company.
