CJ is awesome super helpful, showed me where everything was n how to get set up with the truck n other moving things. This has been thr easiest part of moving by far. And I attribute it to Cj being proactive and efficient in all areas. Shes an excellent customer service agent.

I have passed this storage facility for years, and finally needed a climate controlled space of my own. I was unsure how big of a space I needed vs price, etc. Mary's smiling face met me at the counter inside, and from then on, it was like I knew her my whole life! Not only did she show me several units, she discussed my needs, was patient with my questions, and delivered amazing customer service.
This store express has to be the best one around, I called and Mary answered the phone. She worked with me around my schedule and hers as well to make sure I got the moving truck, and was very accommodating with everything. She's one of the sweetest women i've ever met. She'll make sure you have the best experience and ease while getting a storage unit. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend coming to this facility for all your storage needs!
