If i could select anything less than a 1 I would. This was the most traumatic move I have made!!! When I localized my concerns about what I saw, I was rudely cut off. For what was charged, we should receive half our money back!! Items broke, damaged, missing, and disregarded. They were contacted and offered the most insincere apology and arranged to call and come out be never caled. I called to find out what happened ad was given an excuse. Arranged for another time... Will see if this produces results.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Everyone is so unhelpful from the moment I started. You rarely are able to talk to the office and get a Call Center 95% of the time that doesn’t even speak English. I had a move scheduled and paid over $1000 for a move. I spoke to multiple managers and had multiple issues. We were overcharged in comparison to what I was told the procedure was. I then called to speak about said issue and the receptionist is nothing but disrespectful.

The movers didn’t follow protocol. They asked me to pay prior to checking the work done. They scraped up the walls and broke my boxspring. When I looked at the completed work they tried to distract me by giving a free blanket when I turned around I noticed the broken pieces. When asked to replace it I was questioned and pushed by the manager. They initially offered me $25 for a broken boxspring. The manager came on site and tried to still provide excuses not to replace the box spring.

Pricing model scam. Quoted me $379 to remove a sofa, love seat, small TV & old grill. When my wife & I passed on price, suddenly they could remove it for $219. How about some transparent pricing guys?

What a fantastic experience! Four stories of stairs and several pieces of furniture that needed to be dissembled. Noah and Jack made this part of the big move seamless. They worked very hard to get everything out and loaded quickly. About 4 hours. Very thorough and made sure we were clear on what was going. Did final walk through. Incredibly polite and professional.

Stephen at the Hatfield location was exceptionally wonderful to work with. In between moving and working full time I was also in the middle of dealing with health issues and hospital visits for my aging parents. The crew that moved me was absolutely great, but they did have some trouble getting a very large, very heavy piece of furniture down from the 2nd floor.
