DO NOT USE We used their service for a local move in 2025. I do have to admit they were very accommodating in terms of trying to get us a schedule within our timeline. They were very responsive. I thought the cost was reasonable, however the actual service was horrible. It was pretty obvious from the get-go that the movers were inexperienced. They struggled to move heavier items. As a result, it slowed them down and we had to add an extra day to complete the move (more charge than initially quoted).

TL;DR - Hire this company if you have extra money, time, and emotional labor to spare. Otherwise, go elsewhere. I just had an absolutely abhorrent experience with All My Sons for my move on 05/30. The beginning of my experience was great - reviews seemed good, and the salesman made me trust them. I questioned hiring only two men for the job, as our last movers seemed strained to handle all of our belongings and we had to pitch in to help.

**UPDATE** Just as others have stated, I’m convinced the response to the posts are automatically generated and not a real person. I never received a response to my email and nothing has been done about my experience. I’m almost certain all the positive reviews are fake, likely bought by the company to hide the MULTIPLE bad reviews. Seriously seriously seriously do not hire this company!!!!!!! Absolutely awful experience.

I hired All My Sons to move 2 larger pieces of furniture 4.8 miles. I wanted both pieces of furniture to go in the basement of my new house. I was sent 2 young guys who were very nice, the one guy was also capable (I think his name was Stone?), the other guy could barely lift anything. They couldn’t get either piece of furniture into my basement. One of the pieces I wasn’t too worried about, but the other piece I absolutely needed in the basement.

I hired All My Sons to pack my apartment (5/26/26) for a cross-country move on a very short timeline. I thought I was lucky to find help on such short notice, but I would have been better off packing everything myself. The movers were incredibly careless and seemed completely inexperienced. They stacked my artwork on top of each other with no bubble wrap or protection, scratching the frames and glass before anything even left my apartment. The kitchen was even worse.

Absolutely the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. I specifically requested a 26-foot truck, but they showed up with a smaller truck. The crew was highly unprofessional. Team members kept arguing with each other throughout the move and almost got into a fight multiple times. I had to step in myself and calm things down. The final bill ended up being almost $1,000 higher than the estimate.

We booked them 6 weeks before our planned moving date. I did all the paperwork for them, being honest that we had lots of boxes. The morning of our confirmed date they called to say a truck broke down and we would not be moved that day but 2 days later on Monday. I was promised a 'significant discount' for our trouble. Monday came and they were disorganized and complained about my boxes and bins and how many there were (I had warned the company of this).

From the start of my interaction via phone with your office coordinator I had a great experience. She was empathetic & supportive. The actual move went smooth. John and his team did a the best job helping us move in my life. They were incredibly effective, kind , and super cooperative. They packed and moved our furniture safely and without any damage. They were very open to adjustments while moving and were very helpful with complications that came up with no fuss. I literally have nothing to complain about which is almost always rare with moving companies. Best moving/storage service you can get in our area.
