The first move on January 3rd went very well, from Beauce to the Eastern Townships, where we stayed in a warehouse. The team was very professional, the furniture was packed and stored carefully. So we called again for the move from the warehouse to our new home. My daughter, a single mother with limited means, was ultimately very disappointed. The team that did the move that day, February 6th…! Catastrophe! Furniture wasn't packed, the move was rushed and careless, resulting in severely damaged furniture.

NOT WEARING A MASK AND 4 HOURS LATE: I needed them to move a couch from my parents to my place in Magog, 5 minutes away, easy job. They told me between 12:00 and 1:00, showed up at 4:00. I had to miss work that pm and couldn’t stay any longer to wait so my parents took over the move. They Went into my parents house without wearing a mask which is illegal. My father is at risk +++ ! My mother asked them to wear the mask and they told her they didn’t want to wear one!
All my men wear a mask if ask to.they all respect that. We are sorry that they arrive at 4H00 some time our first moving of the day is longer than normal. And if your father is at risk, I don't understand why he was in the house at first when 3 strangers have to come in the house.
These people are unprofessional and agressive. My wife paid men $400 to complain, insult her and make excuses. We subsequently have hired other movers from Sherbrooke and they are professional and kind. They all know these guys. They are …

On July 5th, the moving service was provided by express demenagement. The team members worked hard, but they still bumped the piano TWICE unprofessionally. We can understand this kind of accident , but their attitude was very irresponsible. First of all, they did not admit the collision happened during the moving process. After seeing the photos, they said it was due to us before or after the move: self inflicted.

Madam, on moving day there was a huge storm, but we still managed to get there. Afterwards, when we arrived, the furniture and mattresses were extremely dirty: mouse droppings, mouse poop, and a terrible smell. I have nothing more to say; my men aren't garbage collectors.

I was called to change my original review by the owner. I feel like I had a very bad experience overall with this mover. In my opinion, my belongings could have been put in and out with better care as some had scratches and/or small dents …
Normally, when you disassemble your own furniture, it's advisable to keep the screws and other small parts, as they are easy to lose during a move. If we are the ones disassembling the furniture, we always tap the screws and other parts onto the furniture to avoid losing them.

I thought I was dealing with professionals, but I was wrong. First of all, they were punctual and polite, but there were also downsides, such as lifting a large 70" TV for someone without asking for help. There was sweat on the screen, which means the mover forced it by touching the screen with his elbows. Furthermore, when they asked me to give them feedback on their website, they said that if I answered all the questions I would receive a $10 refund, which did not happen.
