They ripped me off, charging me double, because i am old and Anglaise. This is typical of moving companies. Old, single women are targets. They also went out of their way to destroy my belongings. This was 3 years ago, and I was moving because I had elderly parents to look after. They showed me photos about to prove they knew how to package and transport art . . then they destroyed my canvases. It has taken me three years to gain the strength to punch back.

I've moved about ten times in my life, and this was by far my best experience! I recommend them without reservation. They arrived on time, were incredibly efficient, very professional and meticulous, as well as polite and friendly. Mattress and box spring covers were provided, as were wardrobe boxes and picture frame boxes. They put down mats to protect high-traffic areas and had all the necessary tools and blankets. They handled a heavy, particularly fragile, and valuable laser level with great care.

We chose to go with Roy et Martineau based on the high recommendations from Google Review, and we were right to do so. We used a packing and moving service last month for a move within Sherbrooke and we were very pleased with the service provided. Each staff was so professional and friendly - all the items were carefully packed (we have unpacked everything now, and not a single item has been damaged) and communication was very smooth. My move was expertly and professionally organized by Michael from Roy & Martineau. Everything was done perfectly. Loading and unloading went smoothly, everything was there, not even a broken glass. The staff in Quebec and Newfoundland were extremely friendly and competent. And the driver, Jamie, was dedicated to providing the best possible customer service. I am completely satisfied with the impeccable service and the cost. Thank you all.

This was by far the best moving experience I’ve ever had. The team was super nice, quick, efficient, and professional. Our move was « complicated » by our standards - moving a full home to a city 6 hours away with a baby, a child and 2 dogs in tow - but this seemed like business as usual for Michael and his team! They handled everything with ease - my son stood amazed as they loaded one of our vehicles into the trailer, as logistically, driving it ourselves was not possible.
