I am very disappointed with my experience. This moving company lacks professionalism and clearly has no insurance. First, they arrived several hours late. Second, they damaged my wooden kitchen table during transport. They led us to believe they were insured for this type of damage. They were supposed to have the table repaired by a cabinetmaker and cover the costs through their insurance. We were in contact with a man named Francis, who suddenly stopped answering our calls and didn't return them.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE RIPTED OFF!!! They told me they would arrive between 1 PM and 3 PM to do my move. THEY ARRIVED AT 8 PM!!! I had to contact them several times before they showed up, and each time they pushed back their arrival time. Furthermore, the move took them 1.5 hours to complete, but when it came time to pay, they demanded I pay them for 3 hours because supposedly they charge a minimum of 3 hours for all the moves they do.

There was no communication to keep me informed about their arrival time, and they didn't arrive on schedule. I decided not to use them and to go with another company. I found myself on my own at the last minute and I need a reliable team.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They were supposed to charge me $500 all-inclusive for two guys. I gave them a $125 deposit, but the truck was too small. They charged me for transportation back. They ate dinner during the moving day and brought in a third guy at my expense without asking. They broke almost everything: the washer is ruined, and the dryer overheated. My new stainless steel refrigerator and stove had no cover to protect them, and they got blackened in the rain.

I booked the move several weeks in advance. That same week, I called to confirm since I never received a confirmation. They told me everything was fine. On moving day, I waited for over 5 hours for the movers to arrive. Every time I called, there was an excuse (broken truck) and they pushed back the time by an hour. They told me I would have four guys to move faster and apologized. Finally, they arrived at 2:30 PM and there were only two of them!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm absolutely stunned. Completely unprofessional, absolutely no respect for the customer. The owner kept making up excuses, from delays in the previous move to problems with the truck's engine. He never even bothered to call me to keep me updated. He stopped answering my phones but picked up immediately when I called from another number; he clearly wanted to avoid talking to me.

It started with a 1:40 delay. They arrived with three people when they had originally requested two. They had a broken truck, so having three people would help them avoid being too late, but I had to pay for the third person, albeit at a discount. The owner spent almost all his time on his cell phone and cleaning his truck. I barely saw him. The second guy had sore feet, so he was limping and had difficulty walking (which is understandable).

WARNING! ATTENTION! This is my first review ever. The lack of professionalism and organization of this company is due to the fact that the owner is incompetent. After multiple conversations to confirm address and time, they never showed up. Had to find another company last second, new tenants pissed that their movers couldn’t unload, owners yelling, complete disaster. Does not answer phone anymore. Do not waste your time and money. He over books and scams people for the deposit. Choose wisely.
