I had read the reviews before calling this company, and I thought they were competent, but my move was a bad experience for several reasons. The movers dented my brand new refrigerator in two places, even though I asked them to be extra careful. I called the company on moving day and never received a return call. Furthermore, they also dented the bottom door of my oven. My appliances are brand new, and one shameless employee even told me that my dryer was damaged and scratched, which wasn't true... unbelievable!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very bad experience. I do not recommend this company. We paid a $260 deposit and the rest in cash on moving day. Despite several follow-ups, we never received our invoice, which was supposed to be delivered no later than the following week. The move caused several damages: the freezer door was misaligned, a leg was missing, all four legs of our dryer were broken, and the floors of both our old apartments were damaged. We also had to ask the movers to use blankets to protect our furniture.
One thing I suggest you do is avoid Déménagement Rive Nord. They were 6 hours late, they wrecked the furniture, they demand extra charges for heavy items even if they were mentioned in the quote, otherwise they just leave, they spend all …
