They are never there during opening office hours. We have not even been able to acess our things as there was a broken forced key into our locker, we called their emergency service to come fix it as at 11 am on a Monday there was nobody there... and after 20 minutes of waiting, we had to leave without what we went there for (1h driving). Really not fun or reliable. I would advice for you to find another storage service, pretty bad service and security there.

Really disappointed with this place; our catalytic converter was stolen from our vehicle, which was in winter storage. Four other RVs were also stolen.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Absolutely no service (and when I say none, I mean none - there isn't even any staff during opening hours, nobody answers emails, I've never seen a company like this!) and a terrible warehouse to boot. I rarely leave reviews on Google, but this is the height of incompetence. Go anywhere else if you want service after signing the contract, and especially if you want your merchandise to be safe!
