(mistake on the location, but not on the owner), this notice is for the 757 in Martigny. It's lucky the person there is friendly; otherwise, it would be a star because I'm organizing a move on Saturday, but their garage door doesn't work, and when I call, they can't do anything for me until Monday. This was the icing on the cake of my experience because the opening transaction was also problematic... their contract stipulates that insurance is only covered in cases of gross negligence or intentional damage.

We stored our furniture in their warehouse for over a year and a half. Mice destroyed our leather sofa cushions and outdoor furniture. I called to ask if we had insurance coverage for this, since the sofas are valuable. Initially, I was told they would call me back, but I had to follow up four days later. They then asked me to send photos and explain the situation, which I did immediately, but I haven't heard back after 10 days.

They didn't respect their agreement with their client; they kept my deposit, and it's impossible to get it back. I'm not sure if it's bad faith or if their billing system is completely ineffective. I've had plenty of billing problems that they were usually able to resolve when I called, but nothing I could do to get my storage unit deposit back. UPDATE: Following this post, I finally received my deposit refund on September 23rd.

I went to rent a 10x10 storage unit, which is 100 square feet. Unfortunately, after booking and paying, I found the unit seemed small for 100 square feet. After measuring the inside, it's 7.25 x 11.50 meters, which gives 83.70 square feet. Naturally, I'm not satisfied.
