The business is offering a $20 discount in exchange for a 5-star review. This practice is prohibited by Google and skews the establishment's true rating. Be vigilant. They moved my boat without my consent and damaged it when I tried to retrieve it.

One important piece of advice. If you have the option of choosing a different storage facility, really take the time to think it through. I personally know people who have had very difficult experiences with them. As soon as there was a financial difficulty or a late payment, the pressure escalated quickly: threats of collection, formal notices, sale of belongings. When you're already going through a tough time, this isn't the kind of stress you need.
