For those who are interested in letting these people move your things; listen to my story ! My things were nicely packed in new boxes. They arrived to my new place in perfect condition. As for my washer and dryer, they arrived with two dents on the bottom of my washer, and two on the bottom of the dryer.... It looked as if it was kicked in. They were brand new. ($2,927.00 with tax is what I paid for them.) My new place has an elevator. So, there was no reason to cause damage to it.

Planning for the move of a simple appliance on Friday evening. We asked if it was possible to schedule the service request for Saturday at 8:00 AM. No movers showed up, and there was no answer at the emergency number. They contacted us again at 8:30 PM at the location where we were supposed to pick up the item that evening to ask if we still wanted their services. As the customer who had left messages, I received no response from the emergency service until Monday when I received my deposit refund.
Asked for a simple quote to ship 30lb item from GTA to Montreal, finally received a quote 21 days later, for TRIPLE the price of other LTL shipper. Pathetic customer service and predatory pricing. Call around and you'll save big.

The movers scheduled two moves at the same time and wanted to come at noon instead of 8 a.m. – a real nightmare. I definitely do not recommend them.
