Please do not give this nasty woman any of your hard earned money. I have had nothing but horrendous experiences dealing with her. I have recently moved, and I put things in storage at her establishment. Today I was retrieving items from my unit. I drove an hour back to get to the unit, 5 ministers before they closed (I understand this is cutting it close) but If they are not yet closed shouldn’t they let me in?
I called to get info about a special they have online. The lady that answered proceeded to cut me off as I was speaking and was very rude. I would not give a place with this kind of customer service a try. I normally don't like to post bad reviews but this was one of the worst customer service experiences that I have had in a while.
Terrible !!!! I was racially profiled by the racist security guard. My battery died while I was in my unit. Instead of helping me she wanted me to beak laws and give her clients medical info to prove my employment. Then she called the police and lied and said I was drinking. Who goes to a storage unit to drink anyway. She should be fired. Donot get a unit here if you Black or Hispanic .

Lady was very rude to my dad. I had called earlier in the day and spoke to a man he was very helpful and polite. But when my dad went the lady was no help and very rude. I don’t understand why people work customer service if they don’t know how to be polite my dad wasn’t rude one bit either. Do not recommend this place.
I have been at the Caldwell location for about two years now ...Peggy is a nice customer friendly person... But I'm have had four or five incidences with Maryann (hope I spelled name right) she is a very unpleasant person to deal with .... Acts like everyone is beneath her .... RUDE !!!!
This was a few months back, I went in to make my payment and the lady in there asked me what I did for a living and upon telling her she began to criticize what type of work I did, and proceeded to give me her two cents about it, completely …
I have had storage here for six months. Customer service is a hit n miss. Sometimes nice, sometimes not. No matter the weather, I was told I had to leave the storage door open because I might be doing something! Lol. Doing something? Yes, …

Every Darryl's I've delt with has the worst mgmt teams I've ever seen. They are rude, judgemental, inappropriate bad people! I'm done with them! If I could post this with zero stars I would!

So far, so good: facility, premises are immaculate. The gentleman that waited on me did so with a smile, patience and was very thorough yet respectful. Just like a business transaction ought to go. My unit is quite satisfactory. I'm glad to have chosen this place-its perfect and I got 3 months for $38 + pocket change. Wins all the way around. They have my word of mouth to count on now bc that couldn't have went better had I scripted it myself. Bravo, Derrell's.

Danny was the customer service representative, who helped me at Darrell’s mini storage. He was incredibly helpful, very patient, and very knowledgeable making the experience a pleasant one. I highly recommend this place!
