Pretty sure the reviews here are mostly not real. Bad attitudes, hidden fees (yes they require you buy their insurance), demanding policies (which are not posted anywhere), data collection including biometrics (they fingerprint you). We asked to see an environmentaly controlled unit and when we entered the building the thermostat was set to 80°F (which she quickly unlocked and turned down to 70.) uhhh, nope.

During heavy rain I mistakenly left my cell phone inside the unit. Alejandra quickly assisted me by contacting headquarters for assistance, and had the wherewithal to point out that my Apple watch would open the locked unit! She's amazing! :)
