This is not my Storage place but the manager there named Nick answered the phone when I called before morning hours to my location on Allen Road. Which is managed by a lady named Cassandra. A very nice lady, professional very helpful and very kind. Very happy person to Speak with. As for the Manager Nick, at the Visalia location, this person was very ignorant, rude and Unprofessional At the least.
NOTE: This review is for the 1130 N Plaza, but I believe these are the same owners. Facilities 5 stars, great RV storage, large storages, super clean and secure. Customer Service is usually decent, but this last experience was terrible. I am a business man from the Bay Area and have some work in Visalia that required me to originally rent three and as of this month two storage units. I had tried to pay my bill by phone, but the links never work on my droid...I called 7 days in a row, no one would pick up.

The manager there has no communication at all with her customers before signing anything I made sure what the monthly bill was going to be like she assured me a certain price a month and I agreed to it and I've asked that question a couple of times before signing it again and she kept reassuring me now Im getting this outrageous bill. And then she acts like our conversation never happened even though I have a witness that was there with me. And the girl that's answering the phones is very rude.

The worst refund process apparently even if you cancel your unit the very next business day that they are open they have to go through corporate in order to make the refund which took several days only for them to have a “problem” returning …

In their own words
Nick and Ashlynn were very friendly, professional, and quick in helping me transition from my smaller unit to a larger one. Also the groundsman was prompt. Within minutes Ashlynn checked availability and helped me get a new unit that's close to my old unit so the transition would be smooth. She then told me that Nick and the groundsman would be in at 10 am and the groundsman would get the new unit ready. I called at around 1030 am with a car full of stuff to drop off hoping that the unit would be ready.
