Do not recommend. Most expensive movers I've ever hired and the absolute worst movers I've ever hired. I've moved across country multiple times. Hired Desert Heroes to help me pack a truck for a long distance move. Generally very disrespectful. Did not take directions well. On receiving requests to secure items or boxes, I was given multiple times variations of "we know what we're doing" and they refused to repack tipping stacks.

Terrible ppl to deal with. Changed their quoted price 3 times. Paid $2k and 1/2 my storage unit is empty. They left major appliances. I l”lost” my complete bedroom suite and new mattress and bedding, 50 year old hope chest, dining room set …
Hey Kim you were a past customers of mine that is why I took on the packing, loading, dump run and putting of you stuff in storage. From the beginning I knew something was off with this job.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Desert Hero’s Moving Company. From the first phone call to the last item being unloaded, the entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free. The crew showed up on time, handled everything with care, and worked incredibly hard without wasting a minute. They treated my furniture and belongings like they were their own, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

We had recently been moved by the best professional moving company we have ever used. We have moved several times, from local to out of state and we have never been moved so quickly, cleanly and as safe as Desert Heroes was. They came in, wrapped all my heavy appliances in plastic and blankets, strapped everything down securely and moved it to my new place in no time. I want to.thank Ken and Danielle for their polite kindness and great attitudes during the whole move in 116 degree weather.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Desert Hero Movers did an outstanding job with our move in Yuma. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and extremely courteous. Before the move even began, they took the time to assess the space at our new location to confirm what would fit and how everything should be arranged. That level of thoughtfulness made the entire process much smoother. They were also incredibly careful with our belongings.
