In their own words
I’ve used this company a few times to move but last June was the last time. Everything was going well until the “lead man” showed up. He made the guys unpack the truck and pack it up the way he wanted. Then he overcharged for hours worked. Because he didn’t pack up the truck the way I needed so my bedrooms were off the truck 1st, I had to wait long into the evening for my kids bed to come off the very back of the truck. They also manhandle your furnishings. Never will I use them again.
I moved from Massachusetts to California. My vehicle transport was wonderful $2200 my furniture on the other hand what a disaster I still am unable or do not have my stuff. I’m a disabled senior. I am living with a blowup bed and a service animal, they could care less my furniture was supposed to come yesterday. The driver came turns out the furniture was not on the vehicle, my furniture was picked up on May 18 the address I was moving to didn’t work out, but I had An alternative plan I secured storage here in…
I paid $150 per month for indoor storage of a classic car, even giving them a cloth cover for even more protection . They stored it outside !! In the rain! I don't even drive it in the rain. And then they didn't even clean it up even though they knew I was coming for it. When I called them a week later to complain to the manager, I was grudgingly offered the month's fee back But then they charged my cc $300 more than I owed. I now have my money back. There has to be a better moving and storage co out there
Used them in the past, they were great. Hired them again for a move. The guys showed up, spoke Spanish to each other, a language my wife doesn’t understand. Got back in their truck and drove off without telling her why. Then charged my credit card for over $660. They stated the house wasn’t ready to move. Never use them again.
This company cut me off in a parking lot because the careless driver wasn’t paying attention and almost hit me. When I laid on the horn he didn’t even notice. If your drivers are going to drive such large trucks, they should learn to do it …
Hi Jon, we’re sorry to hear about this experience. Safety is very important to us, and we take concerns like this seriously. We will enforce this with our drivers to ensure safe and attentive driving at all times.
About a week and a half before my move, I received a quote for moving services of about $400. This was after providing a very detailed list of all my belongings, the addresses of both houses, and all other information they asked for. I …
Hi Smiling Girl, My name is Robert and I am the Operations Manager here at Desert Moving Co. & Storage. I had a chance to look into your file. From my gatherings, It does look like Andy our Consultant Assistant quoted you a 4 hour move over the phone.
The Lead, Carlos was personable and cooperative, however the rest of the crew had an attitude, particularly when the they saw the home we moved to had an upstairs. We were told by Joe to leave the contents of our Armoires inside the …
I was just moved by them out of my home, into storage and then a month later into my new home. The company has one guy on the move that tags and numbers each item, 1/3 were …

In their own words
This move was very smooth. The guys were on time, very helpful, had packing supplies to better protect the furniture. They knew what they were doing, and worked efficiently. The cost was very reasonable and overall now that I really think about it, it was a really good move with no problems so A++

My move Saturday 1/4/25 was perfect, completely en pointe! Starting with Nathen, who coordinated everything and got me the estimate to Ivan and Jorge who moved my belongings, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have a few fragile items with glass and I was a little apprehensive, since I've always moved using a U-haul truck and my own sweat. Ivan and Jorge were professional and took care of all my stuff. I gave them both well deserved tips for their incredible efforts.

Our move could not have gone better. The movers showed up on time, were polite and friendly. They got the move done in good time and with no incidents or damages. About a week after our move I had been unable to find our toolbox. I …

The gentleman (3) who came to move me were on time and got straight to the job at hand. They did a wonderful job. I would recommend your company should I run across anyone who's moving. Your price was also reasonable. Thank you
