Prices have more than doubled since the new ownership. The additional cost comes with the added features: water/condensation on the floor, mold/mildew, exterior doors that don't close correctly, as well as small critters chewing holes in everything and taking up residence. Eviction notices have had no response. Don't put anything valuable or susceptible to damage from dark damp places. I'm moving out ASAP.
Update: don't recommend. They will go up on your rent every year by a lot, not just a couple of dollars or even $50 it's more like $100. Come to find out they have mice that got into all of our stuff. First impression was great I wish it wasn't a sugar coat. There has been a change in ownership so hopefully they make the improvements that's needed and stop price gouging. The manager Sonia was GREAT. I had read the reviews before I went there just to see what other people said.

Outdated storage facility. If you like fiberglass dust showers, oil spills and odor that's your spot. I could not understand why my whole body was itching and nose bleeding for a week before I figured out that every time I come to storage to unload my truck I have to roll up the gate and it hits fiberlass insulation that's hanging from the ceiling, which creates a shower of fiberglass dust that was covering my skin and I was breathing it. Well that cant be good for your body.
Edit: Great first impression and I dont dispute the kindness of Lexie. But I no longer recommend renting a unit here. They have serious rodent and leakage issues. This is a structural problem that is beyond what a manager is capable of addressing. This is something the company needs to address directly with structure and pest access. See photos attached of family antiques eaten by rats, leakage stains and access points for rodents. ..... Original review: Lexie was amazing!
Never returned my $100 deposit because I didn't pick it up the week that I emptied the unit. Do not buy units here. This facility also known for staging units. Do not buy units at this facility!
