People are rude and lazy. One lady flipped out at me because apparently I had an attitude problem she ended up telling my girlfriend when I was grabbing the truck that she doesn't like males like me. She don't even know me. Another instance …
Never going with u-haul again. They overcharge. Trucks are barely usable. Next time going to rent from some place else. Thanks but no thanks. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Had a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience here and I will NOT go into details. BUT the main point of this review, is I'm in desperate search of anyone who may have purchased my unit, maybe at an auction or something? I sadly had to surrender possession of my unit only a week after having rented it. I lost TONS of sentimental and personal items. Long story that I can go into more detail on if anyone responds to this. But there are only one or two things I really want back. They belong to my Daughter when she was a baby.
I reserved a truck on a Tuesday for it to be picked up on the following Saturday. The day before it is to be picked up they called me to inform me that my reservation had been canceled due to no trucks being available. This really screwed up my plans. My question is why did your system allow me to reserve a truck to then cancel it the day before I needed it?
Be careful renting from this store. Watch your credit card statement. I got charged 2 times for a rental, and over $40 fuel charge for driving less than 3 miles. Had to call Corporate, escalated to upper management to get a full refund. I'll never rent from u-haul again.
Don’t waste your time. I had a truck reserved for over 20 days and the day before I pick it up they switched it to this location. Of course they didn’t have the truck and of course they offer you the smaller one. Yeah never again will I use U-Haul.
Monica is one of the worst managers I have ever talked. All I been trying to do is pay for my storage unit since Friday and today is Tuesday she called me a 5 year old hung up the phone and then shut the phone off for the store so their …

The lady with the short haircut (didn’t catch her name) at the front desk was so nice and helpful! She got us in and out in a timely manner! Steve is the guy that moves the trucks and trailers around and he is so nice and friendly! You can tell he loves his job. He got our trailer hooked up in no time!
This was such a nice location! Very clean and well run. The guy who helped us was very friendly and willing to go above and beyond. The check out and return were both quick and easy. This was a great experience.
