This is absolutely the worst storage facility I have conducted business with. The staff is unprofessional. They over promise and under deliver. If you are new to area and looking for a storage unit I recommend you keep looking. Be aware of all hidden fees and small print.
Don’t waste your time like I did, I should have moved my stuff WAY sooner. I moved in June 2024 RIGHT before they changed companies, So let’s start off with those issues. I was paid up from Jun-July, since they switched companies I got a call that I was late on my unit and I was only 3 weeks into my unit. They stated their billing was different since everything changed over, I then had to pay AGAIN when it wasn’t even due and had to argue with them.

I needed a storage unit for an in between while moving. I found this one that had a month free. So I got one and ended up paying over $50 for it on the 28th of May, then another $21 a week later. So essentially I paid for an actual month. In that I paid for insurance for a whole month plus a week along with $24 for a lock. (I only got that lock because I could not find the one I had and was in a crunch) I was informed that I could get a refund if I switched the lock out. So I called to check on getting a refund.

Very poor management and half hearted let customer go back and forth to find the location wich I already have one in here, she not even get my drive licen to check if my name have one or not, and just tell me we don’t have rental space for the car here, which completely different from what I have talking on the phone with another person that already processed my payment and reserved me a space befor I drove the the location, and I have to drive to different location to find my name but the guy in different…

Definitely better storage places out there who aren't doing the old " bait & switch" routine with " Oh we have to / strive to keep our prices competitive with going market rates etc etc... After the tornado I had plywood for a door for almost a year on my unit as the door simply came out of its track .Simple fix to just reinstall it in the track right? Wrong...Every time this place changes ownership it goes further downhill and prices go up exponentially..It's quite predatory frankly.

This company has withheld my companies possessions with little to no communication from as a result of the tornado damage . I have been treated as an inconvenience to simply ask " when do we have access to our belongings " . This should be crimal at best not having escorts to allow people their legally owned property. Let owners of legally owned property at least sign a waiver to access legally owned property . If you have an option do not do business with these criminals .

My boss rents several units here and we had said something to the old man who worked there a few times about the tree hanging over the gate that scratches the work truck he never did it. We told the new girl one time we come back to drop that afternoon and she was out there clip the branch back and it don't hit our truck no more. Thank you sunda

This 5 stars goes out to Sinada!!! She is a rockstar, works so hard and puts customer service at the top of her priority list. She’s hustling in this heatwave and got me in and out of office, setting up our new storage unit in a timely manner. The facility is clean, plenty of parking and the grounds are easy to maneuver. Definitely recommend!!!
