Wish I could give 0 stars. I only picked this company due to the estimate they gave only for them to try to charge me double the estimate. The movers showed up to my new place 2 hours after I had arrived and the owner said they stopped for lunch until it was time for me to pay then apparently nobody had eaten lunch. Leave it to men to try to get over on a young woman. Threatened to send me to collections until I agreed. I work in collections so I know how it works. If you want to spend $1400 choose another company!
Alayshai, it's an estimate NOT EXACT Price. You we're given tons of discounts "FREE 3RD MAN, NO FUEL CHARGE, WAVED EQUIPMENT FEE" to help keep you.
My appointment was on a Friday at 12 pm. As it was coming up fir My appointment time i called To confirm and was told my time is now 2pm. As this is moving day which cause a inconvenience for me i agree for the time Change and was told i would get a call back once they were on the way. It’s now approaching 2:30pm and no call back. I then call and back to cancel my appointment and was not told I’m sorry or anything. I highly don’t recommend this company at all. Poor customer service and last min changes.
Nothing last minute was changed, any move that happens in the afternoon is a estimated arrival time. When booking movers its always best to secure a morning move,
They left nearly half of our belongings at the old address and left after telling us they left "a few plants and such on the window sill" because they ran out of boxes. When we reached out afterwards, they lied to use and said he had told them to leave things behind. We had decided to hire professional movers for the first time to have a more stress free moving day because we decided it was worth the investment. Turned out to be anything but stress free. Would not recommend.

Did not show up to move my house yesterday. Made the reservation a month in advance. Cory said he would arrive at 9:00 am. Called Thursday the day before to confirm and Cory said I will be there at 10:30. This was frustrating but I was okay with it. 10:30 rolls around, nowhere to be found. I call and he says oh I will be there around 11:30-12:00. Now I am upset. 12:00 rolls around he is still in Madison an hour away helping someone else move. This is unacceptable and a sorry excuse for running a business.
I haven't forgot about y'all it was just a rough day, we all have them i apologize our rough day interfered with your day. You did inform me you found other movers an not to show up i have mailed a check to your new address. My personal vehicle had a dead battery to top my day off.
