DO NOT USE! I hired True Friends to move me down the street and they destroyed my house and all of my furniture (dented fridge, scratched/chipped furniture, busted front brick steps, ripped up chunks of hardwood floors, broke hottub cover, shoved couches across floors leaving deep scratches, etc.). It's been over a month and they have not fixed any damages and are now saying I only had $500 worth of insurance; which no one from the company ever explained. I have requested the owner contact me but no response.
True Friends? More like True Ripoffs! Do you have a 2 bedroom apartment and want to move just down the street like I did? Be prepared to be ripped off by True Frauds! I paid $1350 to move my 2bedroom apartment to a one bedroom apartment just down the street (1 minute away)! You heard me correctly, $1350!!! I filed a complaint with President who was so vocal with me at the beginning, but was silent when I voiced my complaint.

Do Not Use this company. I had a terrible experience. Even though I told Nathan I had some large antique pieces of furniture, the movers complained about how heavy they were. They broke the mirrors on both my mantles and didn’t clean up the glass. They actually dropped 1 off the loading ramp and damaged the wood.They were slow , so paying by the hour was not a good idea. They were not professional. They stopped wrapping the furniture on the second trip. I didn’t expect a second trip, so more money.
I've never had such a poor moving experience! After maybe 4 hours on the job, one of our movers began to feel unwell. We received a call from the office as they finished putting all of our belongings into the truck that they wouldn't be able to unload the truck that day and they would finish the next day. Not like we were planning on sleeping in our own bed that night or anything.... So far they've refused to discount our services despite the fact we didn't get what we paid for.
The movers sent were done in 15 minutes. I had one piece I needed moved from garage to inside the house. Time of arrival was to be from 1-4, with a call one hour before arriving. No call was made until 4:30ish, stating first appointment went over - obviously- and apologized. Said will be there in 20 minutes. We were not home - but no worries- movers showed up at 6:20. Let them move the piece of furniture but will not use them again. Its a matter of respecting everyone's time - our day was rearranged from 1-4.

I've used this company for moves over 5 times in the past and this last one was by far the best experience. I moved things we have stored from a storage unit to another storage unit in a different city. My movers were Odannie and Carl, they were on time, extremely respectful of my furniture and were really nice guys and so helpful. They moved quickly, I had to keep up with them. I highly recommend True Friends as always, but I will specifically recommend these guys to my family & friends in the future.
I moved into an apartment a couple of days ago. Aaron and Chuck were the ones to move me. They did an excellent job! They were professional, courteous and friendly. They were very careful with my belongings which I greatly appreciated. I recommend giving True Friends Moving a call! Thank you so much!
