I cannot tell you how strongly I would not recommend this moving service. Everything Brett told me was untrue. In my opinion they are not experienced at all. They damaged my refrigerator and refused to repair or compensate me for the damage. Additionally they took the doors off of my new residence and left it looking like a child had been playing with Dads tools. All they had to do was remove the refrigerator doors. They did not measure to be sure the item would fit through the door before attempting to move it.

3 maybe 4 days ago I filled out the form on their website to request an estimate. But, I never received a response. If they were not able to accommodate my move dates (which were flexible) or otherwise, professional courtesy dictates at least an email back stating as much. And if they never actually received the information then consider this review a heads up that they may want to contact their IT/website developer.

Zach, Bobby, and Josh were absolutely incredible — professional, efficient, and truly went above and beyond. They handled every piece with such care, especially the antique furniture, and even managed to move a hot tub without a single issue!

My brother in law suggested them telling they were great, I checked around with other moving companies but the price for a move was way up there. I decided to have them move me, and I’m so glad I did! The guys were on time, very nice and did not waste any time getting us move moved! They were very professional and very careful with our stuff. Brett at TN country boys moving was great communicating and setting up the move date. His crew; Zach, Bobby and Josh were very friendly and easy to work with through the moving day. They took great care of our belongings, especially our older pieces of furniture. It was a long day for all of us, but they kept good attitudes and worked hard for us. Thank you!

I am very pleased with Tennessee Country Boys Moving. Brett, Zach and Bobby were very professional and friendly. They were also very efficient and took care of our belongings. Brett even worked with us on our late afternoon closing time. I will recommend them to anyone moving in the middle TN area.
