Becareful of the sales person. All they tell you is lies just to commit you to sign. Once you are locked in, they increase your price ridiculously in 3-4 months without notifying you, even higher than the price they are selling empty spaces for. You call and then they tell you are free to move out. I’m not happy with this location’s services.

6 months I’ve been renting and 3 of those the garage door has been broken. And my rental fee has doubled! Not impressed at all. Already looking to move out

We were so please to find this storage company and it was so close to our place of business. Extremely clean and well cared for. I would highly recommend for your storage needs. UPDATED We were originally pleased with this storage company—it was close to our business, and the units were clean and well cared for. Unfortunately, our experience has changed significantly. We started with 3 units and worked our way down to just 1 by 2026.

I would give zero stars if google allowed me to. I paid extra for the climate-controlled unit. All my furniture and belongings had mold growing on them. I was told that I wouldn’t be compensated for this because I hadn’t paid for the insurance on the unit. If I’m paying for the climate-controlled unit, it should not have mold, plain and simple. Huge scam. The staff were also very rude and unfriendly on almost all occasions I went there. The pay increases were also insane, as many have said here.

BEWARE!! Prepare to be robbed with drastic hikes on your rental rates! This storage facility was previously family owned and operated. Apparently, extra space Storage decided to buy them out. Within about a month, I received a card in the mail stating that my rental rate was going from $125 a month to $257!!! I can understand a rate increase, but increasing by more than double? Absolutely insane. And what choice do I have but either pay it or rent a truck and move it to move all of my crap to a different place??

ABSOLUTELY would not recommend ....I started at $57, then went to $110, then to $128 and then to $150 all in under 18 mos. I MY opinion this is just because the are doing an IPO and are trying to over value their assets. SEC should be looking at them.
