Great move-in experience, but a nightmare once issues arose. Management is unprofessional, lacks accountability, and failed to help me with a documented termite infestation above my unit. Found a cockroach on move out. The good I got my storage unit in 2025 from Lakeysha who was great. She answered all of my questions and made the process quick & easy. The bad * 2 rate increases in 1 year, which would have been fine if they actually provided a safe spot for my stuff.

Most of their 5-star reviews are begged by management! I stored at Devon storage for about 6 months, here are some big red flags I’ve experienced. 1. Their doors were left UNLOCKED for 4 months that I’ve been there. Including nights and weekends. They Recently fixed the issue. 2. Managers changed THREE TIMES. 3. This white lady comes in and snoops in people’s storage, being nosy. Leaving customers uncomfortable 4. Homeless ppl stay here 5. One of their training manager smokes mari -juna on the job lol 6.

Excellent customer service! We rented a storage unit today and were surprised at how easy and quick the process was. I’m sorry I can’t remember the woman’s name that assisted us, but she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She showed us around, answered our questions and remained with us to ensure our code worked. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I like that the office is staffed six days a week and the access hours are until 10 pm.
