We used their services for our move in the second week of May. We ended up with wine marks and stains on our sofa(which came from the dirty fabric that these guys brought with them) and broken light cover as well. They accepted their mistake but the compensation for the mess-up wasn't agreed to our terms. Still those marks are there and whole appearance of the seater is botched up.
I have used Everlasting Moving twice. The first time, I had a great experience, hence i called them the next time too. First time, two young guys came and help us move all our things in 2 hours. The second time, 3 guys came and moved the same items over 3 hours!!! They were very in-efficient and slow. I asked for only 2 guys, but without any prior notification, 3 guys showed up and told it would take 3 guys (even without taking a look at how much things I need to move!).
BEWARE! I recently contacted Everlasting Moving for an upcoming out-of-state move. Initially, they immediately responded with what seemed like a too-good-to-be-true lowball estimate--cash only, which was already a red flag. Wanting to do my due diligence, I asked them to confirm that they handle out-of-state moves and requested their DOT number, as well as proof that they are bonded and insured (which is standard for any legitimate moving company). After that, they completely ghosted me.
Hired these movers for 3 bedroom furniture move based on friends recommendation though these turned out to be the worst nightmare with multiple issues damaging hardwood floor with their dolly. All the three movers were quite slow and spent …

They were very communicative from day 1. I had asked them to move the day a couple of times, they were very adjusting. On the day of the move, they had arrived 15 mins early. It was pouring heavy, but that didn't slow them down. They were very quick and efficient. Although most of the stuff were already packed in the boxes by us, they took care of wrapping the items properly that were lying around, like sofa, mattress. We had a lot of items for a one bed apartment, and was moving from San Jose to Morgan hill.
Excellent Movers - Careful, Efficient, and Affordable! I had a fantastic experience with this moving company! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly careful with all of my belongings. They handled everything with great care--nothing was damaged or scratched, and they made sure everything was well-protected during the move. What really stood out to me was their efficiency. They worked quickly without ever compromising on quality.
I have been a long time customer of Everlasting Moving having used their services for multiple moves across the Bay Area. My experience has been truly wonderful with the movers being efficient, on time and really careful with the furniture so as to not damage it even a wee bit. Their prices are also cheaper than their competitors so would highly recommend using their services.
My wife usually dislikes movers, but this time she was thrilled. Past movers were strong but careless, assuming efficiency equaled good service. They ignored our requests for neatness. This crew was slim but clever, paying attention to details that made our move seamless.
