I would not recommend this moving company. They recently moved my elderly friends to a smaller home, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Several items were damaged, and when they began unpacking, they found multiple boxes that were completely empty—even though they were charged by the box. It feels like they were taken advantage of during what should have been a smooth transition. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of customer service.
Hi Julianne! We have no record of any customer calling our office with these issues you have discussed in your review. I am not sure you have the correct moving company, but we pride ourselves on making our customers as satisfied as possible. We have no customer name here.
Beware of missing items, we used them for moving and storage and my husbands tool boxes were gone through and multiple items were stolen that were worth a couple thousand $$$. We contacted Eric the owner and seems like he could care less. Very sad for a legit business.
