In their own words
We are a military family with orders to a new state. Our pick up and delivery was set for over a month. The date for delivery comes- District Moving Co. never shows up or contacts us about our lack or delivery. They are blaming it on the operations company, saying they never received the email but the company has clear record of their email correspondence. The manager, Ann, has been no help at all and unprofessional with no empathy or attempt to resolve the issue.
Shalissa Cade, we are sorry for the experience you had with our customer service. Please give us a call and request to talk to Storm our Administrative Manager. We hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible to ensure you have a great experience.
Don’t use. Job took way too long as people kept calling out. I had many broken items and loss item and they gave a ridiculous settlement. Then I tried to do one item at a time but after first item couldn’t do other items bc can only do one claim. Had items I have had for decades all over the world broken in a seven mile trip. Some meant a lot to me but treated like nothing. Boxes clearly marked class destroyed bc heavier items on top.

TLDR: DON'T USE. They will destroy valuable items, fight you tooth and nail to not compensate, and then agree to the compensation. Then "supposedly" drop said compensation off in the mailbox and wish you good luck. …
