The staff is great however, the facility is always pretty messy sadly. I rented for over 10 years and saw the slow decline of this place. The gate entry constantly broke, the door codes to the facility no longer exist, and trash was always prominent in the halls along with the constant increase in prices. I had asked months ago to possibly to lower my rent slightly so I could actually afford their prices after 10 years to be left with no call back and when I finally heard back, they told me there was nothing they…

So there's a $30 administrator fee to move in and $30/ insurance fee so the whole "free month" is a scam and dishonest. Waited until I was there to tell me about the other fees.... I forgot to mention that when i arrived, the elevator was broken. Repair guy pulled up while I found another storage facility in the parking lot.

I had an absolutely terrible experience here. No one answered the door for 15 minutes. I was then sold two small units across the facility from one another. The man helping us couldn’t figure anything out. I signed so many papers. Then we got a larger unit that was rusted as exposed to the elements. Stay far away from this place. 0 stars.

I was greeted with a friendly 'Hello!' upon entering the facility in Waldorf. Antwan was very helpful! He helped me with opening my unit and even swept out some debris right inside the door to my unit, since my unit is an exterior unit. He went above and beyond. Thank you Antwan :)!
