If you are searching for a mover, I strongly suggest you NOT CHOOSE Worldwide Moving Services in Waldorf. I was moving a very short distance and with a relatively small amount of furniture. It was mostly bags and boxes. The insurance options as explained to me give you the choice of 60 cents per pound (per item) with a $100 deductible or purchasing coverage weight at a much higher rate but you must use the full moving weight load as provided by the mover, and this still has a deductible.

I need to be honest—this was one of the worst interactions I’ve had with another company in this industry. Emma in Dispatch was incredibly rude . We were both working the same customer on different shipments, and the level of disrespect was unnecessary and unprofessional. It got to the point that the customer reached out to me directly because of how upset she was after speaking with Emma.
The movers showed up late, left early, wanted my roommate (who has to sign off) lie and say they were there longer. Not only were they trying to lie on their time sheet, they were terrible packers. …
The worst moving experience we had. A lot of broken items and no response from the company. We received a check in the mail for 60.00 with no explanation.
I have worked for the same employer for the last 17 years that has used companies like this to move me both CONUS and OCONUS. Understanding this, I can confidently say this is the worst moving company I have ever had to deal with. Truth be told, this company was contracted to move me through another company (National Van Lines), through my employer. So, as you can imagine, there is a total lack of communication.

Movers didn't properly unpack or discard of boxes/debris per the contract when they delivered items. Dumped items in heaps on the floor. They didn't put together items properly. If you want unprofessional movers that don't oblige their contracts and basically can careless about customer service, this is the company for you.

We had an excellent experience with Worldwide Moving moving our items from storage to our new home! Truck was on time, employees were courteous, friendly and moved our belongings carefully and quickly. Truck was clean, and the truck driver was cautious. Price was competitive. We would definitely recommend Worldwide Moving!

This Spring, we used A-Whisco, Inc. WorldWide Moving Systems to make an in state move to our new home. Jeff Rockenbaugh came out to estimate the cost, pulled together a great price within 24hours then put us in contact with Dionna Allen who was so pleasant and professional to work with. They even offered FREE boxes, paper, and tape for our belongings. The warehouse guys were friendly, helpful, and generous. When moving day came, three guys showed up with a big truck exactly on-time.

He was very kind, extremely patient, and he went above and beyond to meet my needs. If you’re looking for exceptional customer service and fair pricing, this is the company for you! I will recommend this company to everyone!
Anthony and Marcus did a great job assembling my items and moving everything into the house safely and efficiently. I had a terrible experience with the moving company I was assigned on the front end of my move and A-Whisco exceeded my expectations.
