UPDATE (after owners response which is BS).. NOT ONCE DID THEY TRY TO FIX ANY ISSUES... NOT ONCE... HE ACTUALLY REFUSED TO DISCUSS ANYTHING WITH ME.... Owner will say this is a lie however it is the truth. I was unhappy with my experience and my mother finally said something after hours of me being extremely patient with the movers. Multiple things for damaged or broken - about 10k plus in damages. They showed up over an hour late. I have video and picture proof of the time.

Absolutely horrible experience. I found this moving company from a search on google and I wish I would’ve kept searching. I made a reservation for two movers to assist with moving from one building in my apartment complex to another but still in the same complex. The movers were scheduled to start at 0900AM but called at 0830AM to say they could not come until noon because of the snow.

My experience initially was good , but after further inspection several items were damaged. My brand new leather sectional furniture was cut with a utility knife in multiple places . I agreed to have only the damaged piece that was visible on top to be repaired , there were more repairs that needed done on the bottom side that I didn’t ask to be repaired.

If you have high volume appliances or any other items of value be sure to go with another moving company. No muscles on the laborers and they don't handle items with care. They moved very slow and didn't pack anything Unless you want broken items bc they don't handle fragile items and boxes with care i suggest that you never utilize this moving company. By far the worst moving company I've ever encountered. These ppl will rip you off !!! Stay away from this business Obviously you gave them a tip by overcharging me.

This company messed up our recent move from DC to Virginia despite having been recommend to me by another moving company we had used a couple of times and liked. While they seem legit and nice at first and had arranged for 3 men and a moving truck for us, on the day of the move, a guy with a truck shows up who doesn't even work for their company and tells us he doesn't "do moves." The company couldn't even get their story straight since one person blamed it on a scheduling error however the owner apparently had…

I would not recommend this vendor! Both my interactions with the staff and the owner left a lot to be desired, wasted a lot of my time, and caused unnecessary stress. When I booked my move with the owner, he did not mention that I needed to pay cash or I would be charged a fee (3%), when I told him that when he asked how I would pay, he acknowledged that and still changed my bill to include a 3.03% credit card fee.

I had a bad experience with this company.Paid a nice amount to be moved.Still tipped them after they was 5 hours late getting to me.They moved me on December 2 ,2024 and didn’t have enough space in the truck. Due to them having a thousand boxes of chips in the back of the truck.Which caused them not to be able to move all my things. So I’ve been waiting since 12/02/24 til now which is 1/29/2025 to bring the rest of my belongings.

Used this company a few months back and the experience wasn’t less than horrible, first off they called me 3-4 hours before our scheduled time asking could they come earlier and I informed them my schedule was tight which is why I selected the time i did , just for them to be 2 hours late for my scheduled time smh, the movers were nice i will say.
