The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Doctor Piano was communicative, prompt, and efficient in moving our old upright piano. Highly recommend.
I was looking for a piano that I could grow into rather than having to upgrade it in 6 months. Dr. Piano was recommended to me so we went to see what they had. I the CLP 835-R 😁 It looks amazing and sounds awesome. I just wanted to say thank you for the professionalism Grant, Lillian and your delivery team. You answered all our questions even when I emailed you on a Sunday. When we went to the store Lilian was so patient with us.
We have a 25 years old Yamaha baby grand piano that was abused by many moves and four kids. For our latest move, we used Doctor Piano's services instead of the normal movers. I wanted to surprise my wife and had Doctor Piano re-surface it and change the felts prior to delivery. Not only they packed it perfectly in an original box, but WOW, the piano arrived at destination looking like it was brand new. All nicks and scratches were gone!
Even after entering and making it clear that I did not have the money purchase a new piano from them, Yvon and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and let my try out some of their pianos. I came seeking information, as I am in the market for a used piano and Yvon took an hour out of his day to answer all my questions, and share his knowledge and years of experience with me. The service surpassed my expectations, I learned a lot and it was a great experience.
