Be careful using this storage facility. They advertise 24 hour camera monitoring but this is not the case. I was notified by the site manager Krystal on Jan 7 2020, asking why did I pay on a unit that was empty. I explained to her that I was at the unit on Dec 26 2019 storing additional items and paid the rent on Jan 2 2020. On the Jan 7th, I went to the unit and sure enough it was empty with no trace of my items in sight. The unit was clean and ready for someone to move in.
We strongly apologize for any inconvenience. For more security, we will be adding more Cameras to ensure greater assistance for our tenants and property. Anything we can do to further help your situation please let us know.
Was charged $150 because I was on the property after 9pm. Even called corporate to complain to no avail. Was told "pay it or pack your stuff". Just to show em who I am, I paid it...THEN I left. Don't rent here!
We don't charge for after hours. I think you may be confused and may be talking about Dothan Storage. So sorry to hear it!~

I had called Jennifer to explain that we where going to be coming back down that way and that we needed a bigger unit and she talked to me about a transfer into a bigger unit and made ALL of my stresses fade away. It's great knowing that when we get back down to Dothan we will have a unit waiting on us to put all of our stuff in till we can get a place!
Jennifer is absolutely amazing!! We went from 1 unit to 4 in this transition moving from out of state. She was nothing but helpful and understanding the entire time! Attention to detail and pride in managing the whole process!! So grateful we found this place, and such a helpful, understanding person, in this whole process!
